We support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in both day habilitation programs and residential settings. This includes assisting people in reaching the goals that are important to them, accompanying people to appointments or outings and may include assistance with personal care and medical needs. We’re growing and hiring people for our direct support role to work with people who have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our starting rate for direct support residential work is $17.25 with hourly wages at our day habilitation programs starting at $16.75.
